For boat covers, wetsuits, outdoor gear and anywhere salt and moisture destroy ordinary zippers. Sizes #3 to #10, custom lengths to 5 m, salt-spray tested per batch.
Most zipper failures in the field are not mechanical. They are corrosion. A nickel-plated or brass zipper on a boat cover will typically start to seize within one season of salt exposure — the teeth bind, the slider jams, and the customer blames the cover rather than the zipper.
316L stainless — the same grade used for surgical instruments and marine fittings — removes that failure mode. Molybdenum in the alloy resists chloride attack, so the teeth keep moving after years of exposure rather than months.
Size, chain length, slider type, puller shape, tape colour and laser-engraved logo are all specified per order. If you are unsure which size suits your application, send the dimensions of the opening and the load it carries — we will tell you which gauge to use rather than let you over- or under-specify.
Tell us the size, length, slider type and quantity. If you have a sample of the current zipper, send a photo and we will match it.
